Reverberatory furnace brick is also called a burner, which is commonly known as a combustion device used in an industrial fuel stove.Usually it refers to the burning device, with a fuel inlet, air inlet and jet hole, acting the role of distribution of fuel and combustion air after burning.

Corundum burner quarls
Corundum burner nozzle was charactered by it chemical stability, and strong resistance to acid/alkali slags, metals, and liquid glass etc. The thermal shock stability is decided by its structure. Usually the dense refractory products has superior anti-erosion ablility, but bad thermal shock stability. To control the corundum product quality, we need to analyze the key factors causing the product damages. Firstly, to decrese the content of Si02 in the corundum products. Secondly, superior technical measures to ensure the low creepy ratio. Either Curundum or Mullite, their anti-alkali ability is not good. The materials are easily damaged once content of SiO2, even a little amount, as which formatsβ-Al2O3 that causing the valume expansion 6%~20%.
Mullite burner quarls
Mullite burner refers to the mineral of aluminosilicate at high tempreture. The natural mullite crystal is spindly needle-like, widely applied as the high tempreture refractory materials. For copper smelting furnace burner, usually SIJIHUO recommends corundum mullite material for customers reference. Due to the crystal structure is more stable, and more conducive to release the mullite and corundum excellent properties. By combing both material together to achieve high tempreture at 1840 ℃, it is helpful for the improvement of the material high temperature performance.
Application of copper furnace burner:
1) to heat the fuel to the ignition temperature inside the burner, making it easier to ignite and burning rapidly.
2) to maintain a certain high temperature in the burner, to stabilize the combustion process and avoid pulsation or combustion interruption.
3) to organize flame shapes to meet the requirements of heating process.
4) to mix fuel and air more sufficiently.
