Description
Refractoriness: 20mm high-alumina brick Refractoriness is higher than Clay brick and semi-silica brick,reaching 1750~1790℃,it’s the advanced refractory materials.
Refractoriness under load: The high alumina products is in the high Al2O3, less impurities, the formation of fusible glass less, so the load softening temperature than the clay brick, but the mullite crystallization doesn’t form a network organizations, therefore refractoriness under load is lower than silica bricks.
Slag resistance: 20mm high-alumina brick maintains more of A1203,closes to the Neutral refractories,it can resist the erosion of acidic slag and alkaline slag,since there are SiO2,so the ability to resist alkaline slag is weaker than that of acid-resistant slag.
