Description
1.Silica Refractory Bricks Made by quartz stone materials;
2.The content of SiO2 is above 93%;the more SiO2,the higher refractoriness.
3.Al2O3,TiO2 etc impurity amount is under 2%.
Product Characteristics:
Good acid erosion resistance.
Refractoriness 1690-1730°C.
Higher refractoriness under load,above 1620-1680°C
Poor Thermal shock resistance,should not be used for the zone which temperature has rapid change.
Poor Volume stability at high temperature,must set aside appropriate expansion joint when laying brick.
Generally True density is changed between 2.33-2.42g/cm3,the smaller, the better.
Application Areas:
1.Coke oven,blast furnace hot blast furnace,copper smelting furnace,glass smelting kiln furnace,electric furnace roof.
2.Mainly used in the construction of regenerative chamber wall,chimney flue,combustion chamber, coking chamber, furnace roof etc. parts of the coke ovens.
3.Also used in hot blast stove/furnace of dome,furnace wall and checker brick.
4.Steel open hearth of regenerative chamber and sediment chamber,soaking furnace, glass melting furnace and ceramic firing kiln and kiln of the vault etc.
